Asian Chicken Salad
A fabulous looking and crunchy chicken salad with an Asian bite. Make this meal and go Oriental with this delicious salad recipe.
|1 (55 g)||pack||instant noodles chicken flavor|
|2||cups||polonchay (asian lettuce)|
|2||cups||boiled and shredded MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS|
|3/4||cup||store-bought Asian vinaigrette|
- Toast the noodles in an oven toaster for 3 minutes or until crispy. Break the noodles into pieces and set aside.
- Place the polonchay, cucumber, carrots, chicken and cilantro leaves in a large serving bowl. Toss to combine ingredients.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat, just before serving. Top with peanuts and noodles.
