Ingredients

8 pc sliced bread
4 pc curly lettuce leaves, washed and torn into pieces
2 pc salad tomatoes, sliced
2 pc red onions, sliced
14 kg leftover roast beef, sliced thinly
SPREAD:
14 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, softened
1 tbsp minced capers
2 pc anchovies, minced

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, combine butter, capers and anchovies. Mix well. 
  2. To assemble, spread butter mixture onto bread. Place lettuce, tomatoes, onions and roast beef then top with additional spread if desired. Cover with another piece of bread. Serve.

Makes 4 servings.
