Ingredients

1 kg MONTEREY BEEF SIRLOIN
1 cup sliced onions
MARINADE:
8 pc calamansi, use juice only
1 tsp sugar
6 tbsp soy sauce
SAUCE:
4 tsp liquid seasoning
2 tsp sugar
2 pc calamansi, use juice only
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL

Procedure

1. Marinate in beef in marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Whisk sauce ingredients together making sure sugar is dissolved properly.

3. In a pan over medium heat, add oil. Add beef then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

4. Using the same pan, heat sauce and saute onions. Add to cooked beef mixture. Serve.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
