Ingredients

1 cup water
2 pc black tea bag
1 (250 g) pack MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
5 tbsp honey
200 grams ice cubes
50 grams sweetened black gulaman, cubed

Procedure

  1. Heat water in a pan. Add tea bag, cream, and honey. Simmer for 2 minutes. Discard tea bag. Continue to simmer for another 3 minutes. 
  2. Transfer mixture in a blender together with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Set aside. Add gulaman in a glass. Pour in tea mixture. Serve cold.
Makes 2 servings.
