Ingredients

1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, softened
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 loaf whole wheat or sour dough bread, sliced diagonally
1 (28 g) pack SAN MIG COFFEE WHITE
1 cup warm MAGNOLIA PUREFRESH NATURAL COW'S MILK
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, butter and mayo until well blended. Spread about 2 tbsp of the cheese spread on the bread. 
  2. In a shallow bowl, dissolve coffee mix in milk then let cool. Add cinnamon and egg.
  3. Place a non-stick pan on a medium heat and melt about a tablespoon of butter. Dip each sandwich in the “cappuccino” mixture and pan-grill until golden on both sides. Repeat procedure, adding more butter if necessary in between sandwiches. Serve.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
