Ingredients

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups MAGNOLIA PUREFRESH NATURAL COW'S MILK
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 pc large cauliflower, trimmed and broken into pieces, blanched and drained
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk in flour and milk. Let simmer.
  3. Turn off heat then stir in half of cheese.
  4. Transfer cauliflower into an oven proof dish. Pour milk mixture over cauliflower. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake casserole for 15-20 mins until bubbling.
Makes 4 servings.
