Ingredients

1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1/2 tsp Spanish paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
2 cups Japanese bread crumbs
MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN, for deep-frying

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, paprika, thyme, pepper and egg. Mix well. Using your hands, press mixture and form into 1 inch balls.
  2. Dredge balls in flour then dip in eggs. Coat with breadcrumbs. Chill for 1 hour to let set.
  3. Deep-fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Serve.
