Ingredients

1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1/2 cup diced white onions
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cups canned whole corn kernels, drained
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
iodized fine salt, pepper and cayenne to taste

Procedure

Melt butter in a pan then sauté onions, bell peppers, green onions and garlic. Add corn kernels and continue to sauté until corn caramelizes. Turn off heat and stir in cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.Makes 3 cups of spread.
