Ingredients

200 grams fettuccine pasta
4 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL for deep-frying
4 pc MAGNOLIA CHICKEN BREADED THIGH FILLETS
1 (150 g) bottle store-bought pesto pasta sauce

Procedure

1.      Cook pasta according to package directions.

2.      Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan. Deep-fry chicken for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

3.      Transfer pesto sauce onto pan and heat for 3 minutes. Toss in pasta.

4.      Transfer on a plate and top with deep-fried chicken. Serve immediately.

 

Makes 3-4 servings.
