Ingredients

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 cup MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS, boiled and flaked
2 tbsp patis
6 cups chicken stock*
50 grams sotanghon noodles, soaked in water
iodized salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tbsp toasted garlic
*from boiling chicken

Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan.  Sauté onions then add chicken and cook over moderate heat.   Add patis and mix well.
  2. Pour chicken stock and boil.  Reduce heat to simmer and add sotanghon noodles.  Season to taste and serve topped with spring onions and garlic. 

 

Makes 5 to 6  servings.
