Ingredients

2 (200 g each) packs MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1-1/3 cups MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
1 cup crumbled cashew nuts
6 pc banana lakatan (ripe but firm), sliced into rounds 1” thick
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN for deep-frying
1 cup cocoa powder
MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES COFFEE MANGOSTEEN

Procedure

1.      Combine pancake mix with Chocolait. Add cashews then mix well.

2.      Dredge bananas in flour then dip in batter. Deep fry until cooked.

3.     Arrange in platters with party skewers. Dust with cocoa powder. Serve with ice cream.

 

Makes 6 servings.
