Ingredients

2 pc unripe saba bananas (green but not too firm), peeled
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE PIMIENTO
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, minced

Procedure

  1. Diagonally slice each banana into 1/4-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Fry bananas in batches, until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels, set aside.
  3. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in another frying pan. Fry the chorizo until lightly browned but not crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Top each fried banana chip with a spoonful of chorizo then drizzle cheese.
Makes 3 servings.
