Chorizo and Cheese ala Cubana
|2||pc||unripe saba bananas (green but not too firm), peeled|
|2||cups||MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN|
|1/2||cup||MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE PIMIENTO|
|1 (210 g)||can||PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, minced|
- Diagonally slice each banana into 1/4-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Fry bananas in batches, until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels, set aside.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in another frying pan. Fry the chorizo until lightly browned but not crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Top each fried banana chip with a spoonful of chorizo then drizzle cheese.
