Ingredients

QUESO DE BOLA SPREAD:
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA or GOLD EDAM
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
2 pc red and green bell peppers, roasted, peeled and chopped
CHEESE BOARD:
1 (350 g) pc MAGNOLIA GOLD EDAM
1 (500 g) pc MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA
assorted crackers
assorted nuts
assorted dried fruits

Procedure

QUESO DE BOLA SPREAD:

Mix ingredients well then transfer to a serving bowl. Chill before serving.

 

CHEESE BOARD:

Slice cheese into cubes then arrange on a chopping board. Make some wedges and some cheese sticks as well. Serve with crackers nuts, or dried fruits.

 

Tip:

  • Use crackers of different shapes and size to add presentation appeal.
  • Dried and preserved fruits are great accompaniments to cheeses as well as different types of nuts.
  • It’s best to use the cheese at room temperature for easy slicing.
  • The red wax covering the cheese should never be eaten.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
