Ingredients

1 cup cabbage, shredded
5 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/4 cup julienned* carrots
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp wasabi
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices rye bread
4 slices leftover PUREFOODS SMOKED BONE IN SPIRAL CUT HAM
*julienne: to cut into very thin strips

Procedure

  1. Combine cabbage, cream, carrots, honey and wasabi in mixing bowl. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 
  2. Put 2 slices of ham on a piece of rye bread. Spread 2 tablespoons of slaw mixture then sandwich it with another piece of bread. You may toast the sandwich or serve as is.
