Ingredients

1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN for deep-frying
3 cups julienned green mangoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (wansoy)
1/4 cup chopped toasted peanuts
DRESSING:
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce (patis)
1/4 cup lime (dayap)
1 pc chili pepper (siling labuyo), chopped

Procedure

1.      Deep-fry corned beef in hot oil until crisp. Drain oil and set aside.

2.      Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

3.      On each salad plate, place a cup of sliced mangoes. Top with 1/3 cup of corned beef and a tablespoon of coriander and peanuts. Drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of dressing. Serve immediately.
