Crispy Corned Beef and Mango Salad

|1 (210 g)||can||PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF|
|2||cups||MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN for deep-frying|
|3||cups||julienned green mangoes|
|1/4||cup||chopped cilantro (wansoy)|
|1/4||cup||chopped toasted peanuts|
|1/4||cup||fish sauce (patis)|
|1||pc||chili pepper (siling labuyo), chopped|
1. Deep-fry corned beef in hot oil until crisp. Drain oil and set aside.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
3. On each salad plate, place a cup of sliced mangoes. Top with 1/3 cup of corned beef and a tablespoon of coriander and peanuts. Drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of dressing. Serve immediately.
