Easy Vanilla Pudding
|1||tbsp||DARI CRÈME MARGARINE CLASSIC, softened|
|1/2||cup (6 pc)||crushed Marie biscuits|
|1 (250 mL)||pack||MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM|
|1||pc||mango, sliced into cubes (or any fresh fruits in season)|
1. In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit and butter. Press this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses using the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for the 10 minutes.
2. Pudding: In a mixing bowl combine cream, condensed milk and powdered sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy. Pour this equally over the prepared biscuit base.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until fully set. Top with mangoes and serve.
Makes 4-5 servings.
