Ingredients

1 tbsp DARI CRÈME MARGARINE CLASSIC, softened
1/2 cup (6 pc) crushed Marie biscuits
PUDDING:
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 pc mango, sliced into cubes (or any fresh fruits in season)

Procedure

1.      In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit and butter. Press this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses using the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for the 10 minutes.

2.      Pudding: In a mixing bowl combine cream, condensed milk and powdered sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy. Pour this equally over the prepared biscuit base.

3.      Refrigerate for 1 hour or until fully set. Top with mangoes and serve.

 

 

Makes 4-5 servings.
