Ingredients

3 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
1/4 cup chopped white onions
1/4 cup MONTEREY GROUND PORK
2 tbsp chopped carrots
2 tbsp hydrated then chopped black fungus (tenga ng daga)
40 grams vermicelli noodles (sotanghon), soaked in warm water
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
Vietnamese rice paper, brushed with warm water
MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN, for deep-frying

Procedure

  1. Heat pan and pour oil. Sauté onions and ground pork. Add carrots when pork changes color then add black fungus and noodles. Season with pepper and sugar.
  2. Allow mixture to cool then add egg. Place every teaspoonful of meat mixture in rice paper. Roll and seal tight.
  3. Deep-fry until golden brown in color. Drain and serve.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
