German Potato Salad
German styled potato salad recipe with bacon. No left overs on the table, guaranteed!
|1||kg||baby potatoes, scrubbed until clean|
|1/2||cup||chopped and fried PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON|
|1/4||cup||green onions, sliced|
|paprika, iodized fine salt and pepper to taste|
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened|
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK|
1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk. Blend well and set aside.
2. Boil potatoes and cook until tender. Cut into halves.
3. Toss warm potatoes with dressing. Top with bacon and green onions. Season to taste.
Makes 5-6 servings.
