German styled potato salad recipe with bacon. No left overs on the table, guaranteed!

Ingredients

1 kg baby potatoes, scrubbed until clean
1/2 cup chopped and fried PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
paprika, iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
DRESSING:
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK

Procedure

1.  In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk. Blend well and set aside.

2.      Boil potatoes and cook until tender. Cut into halves.

3.    Toss warm potatoes with dressing. Top with bacon and green onions. Season to taste.

 

Makes 5-6 servings.
