Ingredients

1/2 kg store-bought frozen French fries
MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM OLEIN for deep-frying
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
MILK GRAVY:
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup DARI CRÈME MARGARINE CLASSIC
2 cups MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
pinch pepper

Procedure

1.       Deep-fry French fries in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

2.       Gravy: Toast flour in a dry saucepan until lightly browned. Add margarine until melted. Mix well.

3.       Whisk in milk and let simmer until mixture is slightly thickened. Add liquid seasoning and pepper.

4.       Assemble: Transfer French fries onto a serving plate. Pour gravy over fries then drizzle with cheese. Serve.

 

Makes 3-4 servings.
