Grilled Pepper Cheese Spread
|2||pc||red bell peppers, grilled, peeled and seeded|
|2||cups||grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA|
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted|
|1/4||cup||SAN MIGUEL PALE PILSEN|
|2||tbsp||chopped chives (garnish)|
|1/4||cup||sliced black olives|
|1/4||cup||sliced green olives|
|1/8||cup||pimiento strips (1/2")|
1. Preheat oven at 375°F.
2. In a baking pan, place onion, garlic and olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes then together with other cheese spread ingredients except chives, place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chives.
1. Remove sides of white bread. Use a rolling pin and flatten bread. Cut into 4 triangles. Toast at 400°F until brown.
2. Spoon cheese spread on the Melba toast and garnish with green then black olives and pimiento.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
