Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar*
1-1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
4 pc ciabatta, split lengthwise
16 pc fresh asparagus
1/4 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM

Procedure

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill. 
  2. Toast ciabatta on a grill or grill pan. Set aside. 
  3. Grill asparagus spears. 
  4. To assemble sandwich, divide ham slices into the 4 pieces of bread. Top each with 4 pieces of grilled asparagus. Drizzle dressing over ham and asparagus. Serve.
