Ingredients

1 14 cups Beef Broth (2 Beef Bouillon Cubes Dissolved in 1 1/4 cups water)
2 tbsps Unflavored Gelatin
14 kilo (2 cups) Finely Chopped PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
12 cup Pickle Relish
1 tbsp Minced Green Onions
2 tbsps Mayonnaise
1 tbsp PUREFOODS SUPREMO CANE VINEGAR
2 tbsps Dijon Mustard
14 tsp Salt
18 tsp Pepper
250 grams MAGNOLIA All Purpose Cream, chilled

Procedure

Heat beef broth and gelatin over low heat in a small saucepan, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Let cool. Mix remaining ingredients except cream, stir into gelatin mixture. Beat cream in small bowl until stiff peaks form; fold into gelatin mixture. Spoon mixture into paper lined molds. Refrigerate until set. Unmold on plate and serve with crackers.
