|1⁄4||kilo||(2 cups) Finely Chopped PUREFOODS COOKED HAM|
|1||tbsp||Minced Green Onions|
|1||tbsp||PUREFOODS SUPREMO CANE VINEGAR|
|250||grams||MAGNOLIA All Purpose Cream, chilled|
Heat beef broth and gelatin over low heat in a small saucepan, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Let cool. Mix remaining ingredients except cream, stir into gelatin mixture. Beat cream in small bowl until stiff peaks form; fold into gelatin mixture. Spoon mixture into paper lined molds. Refrigerate until set. Unmold on plate and serve with crackers.
