Ingredients

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
1 (500 g) pack PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS JUMBO
8 pc medium-sized flour tortilla
8 pc lettuce leaves
4 pc ripe tomatoes, deseeded and diced
2 tbsp diced white onions
BEEF MIXTURE:
1/4 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 kg MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp liquid seasoning

Procedure

1. Heat half of oil in pan and fry hotdogs until cherry red in color. Remove from heat. 

2. In the same pan, add remaining oil and saute garlic. Add beef and cook until color turns brown. Add salt, pepper and liquid seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes or until relatively dry. Let cool slightly. 

3. Slightly toast flour tortillas in a dry pan until heated, about 1 minute per side. 

4. Divide beef mixture among the flour tortillas. Top each tortilla with a piece of hotdog, lettuce leaf, tomatoes and onions. Roll and secure with a toothpick. Serve. 

Serves 8.
