Ingredients

6 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES CARAMEL CASHEW FUDGE
12 pc crinkles
FOR THE CANDIED BACON:
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS HONEYCURED BACON, chopped
14 cup brown sugar

Procedure

1. Sandwich a scoop of ice cream between 2 pieces of crinkles. Store in the freezer. 

2. To make candied bacon: Cook bacon in pan over medium heat. Add sugar and mix. Allow to caramelize. Transfer bacon to a plate and let it cool completely. 

3. Roll each ice cream sandwich on candied bacon. 

4. Consume immediately.  

Makes 6 servings.
