Ingredients

1-1/2 cups shredded kani
1 cup peeled and julienned* cucumber
1 cup peeled and julienned* ripe mangoes
DRESSING:
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA PUREFRESH NATURAL COW'S MILK
1 tsp wasabi paste
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
*julienne- to slice into very thin strips

Procedure

  1. Combine kani, cucumber and mangoes in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine all dressing ingredients.
  3. Toss kani mixture in dressing. Serve immediately.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
