Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp banana flavoring/ extract
2 tsp SAN MIG COFFEE 100% PREMIUM INSTANT COFFEE
1-1/2 cups hot water
1 cup cooked sago
1 cup cubed gulaman

Procedure

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes thick. Turn off heat and let cool. Add extract.
  2. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside. 
  3. Scoop 2 tablespoonfuls of sago and cubed gulaman into glasses. Pour in 1/4 cup of syrup then top with ice. Add coffee. Serve. 
Makes 1-2 servings.
