- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes thick. Turn off heat and let cool. Add extract.
- Dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside.
- Scoop 2 tablespoonfuls of sago and cubed gulaman into glasses. Pour in 1/4 cup of syrup then top with ice. Add coffee. Serve.
