Lychee Milk Tea
|2||pc||black tea bag|
|1||cup||lychee fruit, whole|
|1||cup||Magnolia Full Cream Milk|
|2||cup||tapioca or sago (market bought)|
|1||cup||lychee fruit, chopped|
Bring water to a boil. Add tea bags, lychee juice, whole lychee meat, and milk. Simmer for 3 minutes. Discard tea bag. Transfer in a blender together with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Set aside. Scoop some tapioca and chopped lychee fruit in a glass and pour in tea mixture. Serve cold. Makes 2-3 servings.
