Mexican Tortilla Soup
This hearty soup is full of flavors. Partner it with your favorite sandwich to make it the perfect meal of the day.
|1||pc||beef boullion cube|
|1||pc||chicken boullion cube|
|iodized fine salt and pepper to taste|
|1/4||cup||chopped cilantro leaves|
|2||pc||finger pepper, chopped|
|1||pc||lime, cut into wedges|
|2||pc||tomatoes, seeded and diced|
|1||cup||grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE|
|1||pc||flour tortilla, cut into strips and fried|
1. Dissolve boullion cubes into 6 cups of water. Boil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place in bowls and add condiments of your choice. Serve hot.
Makes 4-6 servings.
