Ingredients

1 pc beef boullion cube
1 pc chicken boullion cube
6 cups water
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
CONDIMENTS:
1 pc avocado, diced
3 pc scallions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 pc finger pepper, chopped
1 pc lime, cut into wedges
2 pc tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 pc flour tortilla, cut into strips and fried

Procedure

1.       Dissolve boullion cubes into 6 cups of water. Boil and season with salt and pepper.

2.       Place in bowls and add condiments of your choice. Serve hot.

 

Makes 4-6 servings.
