Mini Burgers on Sticks
|1 (1/2 kg)||pack||MONTEREY MONTE BURGER|
|1 (185 g)||pack||MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced into 1-1/2” x 1/4” pieces|
|10||pc||mini burger buns|
|3||pc||ripe native tomatoes, sliced into rings|
|3-5||pc||curly lettuce leaves|
1. Divide each burger patty into 2 then form into mini burger patties. Pan-grill patties until almost done, about 5 minutes, then top each with a cheese slice.
2. Assemble: Sandwich a piece of burger patty, sliced tomato and lettuce between 2 bread cut-outs. Secure sandwich with a wooden skewer. Serve.
Makes 10 pieces.
