Ingredients

1 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
1 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 kg MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
pinch pepper
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tbsp whole corn kernels
6 pc burger buns, split
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a small pan. Sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef and cook until it turns brown. Add seasonings, tomato sauce and spring onions. Cook for another minute.Remove from heat and add corn kernels. Set aside.
  2. Place bread on a plate and top with ground beef mixture. Add grated cheese. Heat in oven toaster for 5 to 7 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
