Pancake Overload Bento
|1 (200 g)||pack||MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS|
|2||cups||MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL, 2 tbsp for grilling, the rest for deep-frying|
|4||pc||MONTEREY MONTE BURGER|
|1 (200 g)||pack||MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, sliced|
|300||grams||store-bought potato wedges|
|any fruits in season for sidings|
|2||pc||MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard boiled and sliced|
1. Cook pancake according to package directions.
2. Heat oil in grill pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 3 minutes each side. Set aside.
3. Deep-fry potato wedges in hot oil. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
4. Layer pancake, lettuce then sliced cheese. Slightly pull cheese to make it look like a tongue. Top with burger patty then another pancake. Place potato wedges and fruits on the side. Top with sliced egg.
Makes 2 servings.
