Ingredients

100 grams basil leaves, washed then pat-dried
10 grams parsley, washed then pat-dried
3/4 cup olive oil
1-1/2 tbsp minced garlic
100 grams MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE, grated
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or cashew nuts
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure

Puree basil and parsley leaves while slowly adding olive oil in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
