Pimiento Bruschetta with Ham
|1/2||pc||French bread, cut into 1/2" slices|
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER LITE|
|1 (250 g)||pack||PUREFOODS SWEET HAM|
|1||can||pimiento, drained and cut into strips|
|1/4||tbsp||grated parmesan cheese|
- Preheat oven or oven toaster to 350°F.
- Rub the garlic clove on one side of the French bread slices then brush with some butter. Set aside.
- Top each bread slice with a piece of ham and some pimiento strips. Sprinkle grated cheese over pimiento strips then toast lightly in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until slightly brown. Serve hot.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
