Pork Barbecue Sandwich
|1/2||kg||MONTEREY PORK SHOULDER (KASIM), thinly sliced|
|1/2||tsp||iodized fine salt|
|4||pc||mini baguettes, split in half|
|1/2||cup||roasted bell pepper strips|
- Marinate pork in soda, catsup, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, pepper and salt for at least 2 hours. Drain and pan fry in oil.
- Toast the baguette in an oven toaster or oven set at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until toasted.
- Arrange cooked meat pieces onto baguette and top with bell peppers. Sandwich with the remaining baguette slices.
