Ingredients

1/2 kg MONTEREY PORK SHOULDER (KASIM), thinly sliced
1 cup lime soda
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
4 pc mini baguettes, split in half
1/2 cup roasted bell pepper strips

Procedure

  1. Marinate pork in soda, catsup, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, pepper and salt for at least 2 hours. Drain and pan fry in oil. 
  2. Toast the baguette in an oven toaster or oven set at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Arrange cooked meat pieces onto baguette and top with bell peppers. Sandwich with the remaining baguette slices.
Makes 4 servings.
