Purefoods Chunkee Corned Beef Tomato and Basil Pasta
|1/4||cup||DARI CRÈME CLASSIC|
|1 (350 g)||can||PUREFOODS CHUNKEE CORNED BEEF|
|2-1/2||cups||chunky tomato sauce|
|1||tsp||chopped basil leaves|
|iodized fine salt and pepper to taste|
|1 (400 g)||pack||spaghetti, cooked according to package directions|
1. Heat margarine in a saucepan. Sauté onions and garlic. Add corned beef and mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over moderate heat.
2. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Add basil and season with salt and pepper. Toss in cooked pasta and serve.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
