Ingredients

1/4 cup DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 (350 g) can PUREFOODS CHUNKEE CORNED BEEF
2-1/2 cups chunky tomato sauce
1 tsp chopped basil leaves
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
1 (400 g) pack spaghetti, cooked according to package directions

Procedure

1.      Heat margarine in a saucepan. Sauté onions and garlic. Add corned beef and mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over moderate heat.

2.      Add tomato sauce and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Add basil and season with salt and pepper. Toss in cooked pasta and serve.

 

 

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
