Our little skewed favorites just got upgraded. With a hotdog and a different sauce, fun is sure to follow.
|12||pcs||PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS COCKTAIL, sliced each into 2 pieces|
|24||pcs||quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled|
|1||cup||leftover or store-bought adobo sauce|
1. Insert a piece of hotdog and quail egg in each bamboo skewer.
2. Cook quek-dog skewers in a lightly-oiled grill pan until done and slightly charred. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine adobo sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and place in a squeeze bottle.
4. To serve, place skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle with adobo-mayo sauce and top with chicharon.
Makes 24 skewers.
