Ingredients

12 pcs PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS COCKTAIL, sliced each into 2 pieces
24 pcs quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
1 cup leftover or store-bought adobo sauce
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups crushed chicharon

Procedure

1. Insert a piece of hotdog and quail egg in each bamboo skewer. 

2. Cook quek-dog skewers in a lightly-oiled grill pan until done and slightly charred. Set aside. 

3. In a bowl, combine adobo sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and place in a squeeze bottle. 

4. To serve, place skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle with adobo-mayo sauce and top with chicharon.

Makes 24 skewers.
