Ingredients

2 cups grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
2 tbsp chopped dried mangoes
2 tbsp chopped dried cranberries
2 tbsp chopped dried pineapples
2 tbsp chopped dried apricots
2 tbsp chopped raisins
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground all-spice

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish and serve together with crackers, crostini and/or toasted bread.
Makes 3 cups of spread.
