Brandy-Laced Tomato Pasta Sauce
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED|
|2||tbsp||extra virgin olive oil|
|1/3||cup||chopped white onions|
|1/4||cup||GRAN MATADOR BRANDY|
|1-2/3||cup||chunky tomato sauce|
|1||tbsp||shredded basil leaves|
|2||tbsp||grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA|
- In a sauce pan, melt butter and add oil. Sauté garlic and onions. Add brandy and simmer. Pour tomato sauce and chicken stock. Mix well. Add tomato paste, basil and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour into jars. Keep chilled until ready to use.
- Serve with cooked spaghetti and top with grated cheese.
