Ingredients

1 (155 g) can sardines (in olive oil)
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
1 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp ground white pepper
1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure

  1. Mash sardines well. Set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until blended.
  3. Serve with crackers or bread.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
