Seafood and Bacon Pasta ala Vongole
|1 (500 g)||pack||PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED THICK-CUT BACON, chopped|
|1||tsp||iodized fine salt|
|chopped parsley for garnish|
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Sauté bacon over medium heat in a pan for 3 minutes or until its fat melts.
3. Increase heat then add clams and wine. Cover for another 5 minutes. Add pasta, salt and pepper and mix evenly.
4. Transfer on a plate and garnish with parsley.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
