Ingredients

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
1/2 kg MONTEREY PORK SHANGHAI MIX
4 cups cooked rice
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
chopped parsley for garnish

Procedure

1.      Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté shanghai mix in oil for 5 minutes

2.      Add rice and mix. Make a well at the center of the rice. Add eggs. Mix well.

3.      Season with salt and pepper and mix for another 5 minutes. Transfer on a plate and garnish with parsley.

 

Makes 4 servings.
