|iodized fine salt, pepper and paprika to taste|
|2||tbsp||MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL for pan-frying|
|3||pc||roti bread, toasted|
|1/2||cup||peeled and sliced mangoes|
|1/2||cup||store-bought sesame dressing|
- Season both sides of the beef with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Pan-fry beef in hot oil. Chop beef into small pieces.
- Divide beef into 3 pieces of roti bread. Top with tomatoes, mangoes and cucumber slices. Drizzle with sesame dressing and roll roti bread then secure with toothpick. Serve.
