Ingredients

3 pc MONTEREY MONTE BURGER PATTIES
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, boiled and sliced into 3
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
3 pc slider buns or mini hamburger buns, split
1 pc tomato, sliced
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
BROCCOLI SALAD:
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp honey
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli, blanched
1/2 cup cooked and chopped PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, crumble patties and make 3 small patties with a sliced egg inside. Pan-fry patty in hot oil until cooked, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
  2. Place on one side of the bun lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber. Top with cooked patty. Drizzle cheese and cover with other half of bun. Set aside.

BROCCOLI SALAD:

Mix sour cream, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add broccoli and bacon bits. Mix well. Transfer to a plate together with the slider sandwich. Serve.
