Ingredients

8 slices loaf bread
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4` cup chopped onions
1/4 kg MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place each slice of bread on a muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is dry and crisp. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat butter. Sauté garlic and onions, then add beef. Cook until beef turns light brown then season with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and salt.
  3. Let simmer for 2 minutes then add green onions and corn kernels. Mix well, remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour 1/4 cup of beef mixture into each bread cup. Top with grated cheese then bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
