Sloppy Joe Cups
|3||tbsp||MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED|
|1/4||kg||MONTEREY GROUND BEEF|
|1/4||tsp||iodized fine salt|
|1||tbsp||chopped green onions|
|1||cup||grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE|
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Place each slice of bread on a muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is dry and crisp. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat butter. Sauté garlic and onions, then add beef. Cook until beef turns light brown then season with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and salt.
- Let simmer for 2 minutes then add green onions and corn kernels. Mix well, remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour 1/4 cup of beef mixture into each bread cup. Top with grated cheese then bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
