Spicy Beef Salad-Asian Style
A vegetable salad with carefully chosen ingredients to give it a more asian feel. It is topped with spicy beefy goodness, this salad will surely be "the bomb" on the dinner table.
|2||tbsp||light soy sauce|
|2||tbsp||corn or canola oil|
|1 (150 g)||head||iceberg lettuce, shredded|
|350||grams||MONTEREY MEATSHOP SPICY BEEF STRIPS, cooked according to package directions|
|1/2||cup||fried tofu strips|
|2||tbsp||toasted sesame seeds|
- Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Mix well. Stir in oils. Blend well and set aside.
- Toss vegetables with dressing. Transfer to a salad bowl or individual salad plates. Top with beef strips, tofu and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
