Ingredients

7 lit water
150 g MONTEREY PORK FAT
200 g vegetable trimmings
2 cup light soy sauce
5 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK
2 cup ramen noodle, blanched
1 cup carrots, julienned and blanched
12 cup cooked tofu, slice in square
1 12 cup shrimp, peeled and grilled
Togarashi (Japanese chili powder)

Procedure

In a medium size sauce pot with hot water, put pork fat, vegetable trimmings, soy sauce, and milk. Simmer for 4-5 hours on medium low heat. After 6-8 hours, strain liquid and put back in pot and continue to simmer. Discard strained solids. In a soup bowl, put 80 g of ramen, 30 g of tofu, 2-3 pc of shrimp and togarashi and pour some hot broth. Serve.
