Vegetable roll or commonly as "lumpia" in the Philippines is an all time pinoy favorite. The perfect "pinoy" side dish for the Filipino family.
|2||tbsp||DARI CREME CLASSIC|
|iodized fine salt and pepper to taste|
|6||pc||Vietnamese rice wrappers|
|1/4||cup||fish sauce (patis)|
- In a pan, heat margarine and sauté vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
- Spray rice wrapper with water. Place lettuce and sautéed vegetables then roll. Cut into 6.
- In a bowl, combine fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Serve with vegetable roll.
