Warm Mushroom Salad
A delicious salad made from edible mushrooms. Flavored with fish sauce and star magarine.
|150||grams||lettuce greens, torn into bite-size pieces|
|1||cup||sliced shiitake mushrooms|
|1||cup||sliced button mushrooms|
|1||cup||sliced oyster mushrooms|
|1/4||cup||STAR MARGARINE GARLIC|
|1/4||cup||fish sauce (patis)|
- Combine fish sauce, calamansi juice and pepper.
- Toss lettuce greens lightly with dressing.
- Sauté mushrooms lightly in margarine. Top mushrooms on lettuce and serve immediately.
