A delicious salad made from edible mushrooms. Flavored with fish sauce and star magarine.

Ingredients

150 grams lettuce greens, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 cup sliced oyster mushrooms
1/4 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
DRESSING:
1/4 cup fish sauce (patis)
2 tbsp calamansi juice
pinch pepper

Procedure

  1. Combine fish sauce, calamansi juice and pepper.
  2. Toss lettuce greens lightly with dressing.
  3. Sauté mushrooms lightly in margarine. Top mushrooms on lettuce and serve immediately.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
